DLC Consultants Inc. dba “Marriage Mentoring 101 with Alex and Dorily” is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in Florida specializing in individual and couples coaching, mentoring, and couples education (married and unmarried), as well as family health. We provide practical, biblically based tools for couples to develop and foster health, growth, and restoration in their individuals and relationships. We are also approved by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services as a non-profit organization to receive donations.

To be a transformative resource for couples and families, guiding them toward healthy relationships, strengthened by Christ-centered principles that reflect God's love and promote a positive impact on their communities.
Our mission:
Provide individual and marriage coaching, mentoring, and education grounded in Christian values, helping couples develop strong and meaningful relationships. Through conferences, workshops, and resources accessible through donations, we empower families to overcome challenges, grow in their faith, and live in harmony with God's purposes.

Meet Dr. Alexander Rúa.
Certified Marriage Coach
Speaker, Minister Chaplain, Christian Counselor, Marriage Mentor, Premarital Coach, Marriage Coach from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and co-author of the book "One Day at a Time: Reclaim Your Marriage." Along with his wife, Dr. Dórily Esquilín, he is CEO of the non-profit organization DLC Consultants Inc.
He hosts the Facebook show "Marriage Mentoring 101" with Alex and Dorily, on the first and third Sundays of each month. They provide practical tools and resources with a Christ-centered approach to strengthen couples in their marriage. Dr. Rúa holds a Doctorate in Chaplaincy and Clinical Pastoral Counseling from AIC, and is licensed as an Addiction Counselor. In 2024, he completed diplomas in Couples Therapy Psychology, Infidelity Psychology, and Child Sexual Abuse Prevention and Intervention. He is currently pursuing doctoral degrees in Ministerial Theology and Biblical Interpretation, and a certification in Theology and Inner Healing.

Certified Marriage Coach
Educator, Speaker, Christian Life Coach, Premarital Coach, Mental Health Coach, Marriage Mentor, Chaplain Minister, Marriage Coach from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and author of the books "Smile at Life Through the Fog" and "One Day at a Time: Regain the Direction of Your Marriage." Along with her husband, Alexander, she is the CEO of the non-profit organization, DLC Consultants Inc. For over 20 years, she has worked with families, couples, women, and youth in the field of counseling, mentoring, and Christian education. She holds several doctoral degrees in Education with specializations in College and University Administration, Pastoral Theology, Chaplaincy, Clinical Pastoral Counseling from AIC, and a license as an Addiction Counselor. In 2024, she completed diplomas in Couples Therapy Psychology, Infidelity Psychology, and Child Sexual Abuse Prevention and Intervention. She is currently pursuing doctoral degrees in Christian Counseling, Biblical Interpretation, Interpretive Skills, and Ministerial Theology. She is also pursuing certifications in Family and Marriage Coaching, Suicide Prevention, and Theology and Inner Healing.
